Course Description: This chess course is designed for kids who know the basic moves and rules of the game and know how to play a complete game of chess.  This course will benefit students to have a solid foundation necessary for future chess success.

 

Learning Outcomes: After completing one full year, students who strictly follow the program will understand and utilize the fundamental principles in the six areas of the game (opening, middlegame, endgame, tactics, strategy, positional play, and the calculation of variations).
