Building on the 10-year tradition of Virginia Commonwealth Chess Kids, Lasker Academy provides premier chess and mathematics instruction for students in Northern Virginia and online.
Chess Foundations
For New and Developing Players
Designed for students who know the basics and are ready to build a strong foundation. We focus on tactical patterns and strategic planning to help your child make strong decisions.

For Competitive and Ambitious Players
For competitive players ready for the challenge of rated competition. We focus on advanced tactical calculation, positional understanding, and tournament strategy to help you achieve long-term chess goals.
